Mr. Michael Kimmel actually found us two homes in a row. Remarkable! We were going to sell our home that we were living in and upgrade in the same city but in a nicer area. Michael took the time and patience with our big family, the kids, and even my mother to about 24 homes before finding one we really wanted. But we had to write the offer contingent on selling our current home. We only had 17 days. Unfortunately, our home didn't sell and we lost the home we selected. After lowering the selling price and raising the selling commission of our home we were able to get a buyer. Then it was off with Michael to find another new home. After searching less than a week he found us an even better home. Wow, our family is truly grateful for Mr. Kimmel's hard work and integrity!
